Sarah's yoga journey started when a friend invited her to a class at yogaV in 2009 and she has not looked back since. She received her certification through yogaV in 2011 and continues to absorb as much knowledge as she can whenever possible. Her classes are generally an up-tempo flow and focus on strengthening the body, while also embracing the mental benefits of practicing yoga.
Sarah's goal is to help anyone looking for a more fit lifestyle to understand yoga as an integral part of that process. While she firmly believes that practicing yoga on its own is powerful, she also sees it as a strong complement to a healthy diet, and other forms of physical activity.
