Yoga Nidra Class-4 Part Series

Rest, Heal, Meditate, Transform Join us for a Yoga Nidra 4 part series led by Sarah Hutchinson, R.N, E-RYT 500, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. Come cool your mind and body with this reclining meditation practice done in savasana! Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful mediation technique, accessible to anyone. Research shows that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2 hours of sleep. This 4 part series will give you guided meditations that are restful, healing and transformative. Attend the full series...

Not-So-Hot 75 Min Flow Class

Beginning April 6th at 9:15am with Adi! Our summer temps are slowly returning...so we are adding a Not-So-Hot 75min flow class on Fridays! It will still be heated but only to 85 degrees!

12:00 Heated Flow Class

Did you know we now offer a 12:00pm Heated Flow, Monday-Friday? Take a lunch break and head on over! We have 45min and 60min, check the schedule to see what day best suits you!

Private Sessions

If you are looking for more individualized attention to grow your practice, contact us for private session options! We also do group sessions for businesses, friends, events, etc.

Why and How Infrared Works

Health Benefits

Increase Flexibility

Infrared heat directly warms muscles, allowing for a greater range of motion.
Helps yoga students open up, melt deep into poses and gain confidence in their practice.
Increase Circulation
Infrared heat has shown to stimulate blood flow.
It can help lower blood pressure, help oxygenate organs, and rid the body of toxins.

Detoxifying  Sweat
Infrared heat will make you sweat, which is a good thing because it is your body’s natural way of flushing toxins. As your body absorbs infrared heat, water molecules begin to vibrate, which causes them to wring out impurities from the cells.
These impurities will then be released from your body as you sweat, creating a deep, detoxifying cleanse on the cellular level.

Weight Loss
The human body has an impressive temperature regulation system which takes energy (calories) to maintain a consistent temperature.
Infrared heat also increases metabolism between the blood and tissue, which also burns calories.
