Are you ready to ready to deep your understanding of your practice? Are you interested in sharing your love of yoga within your community?

This advanced yoga teacher training marries cutting edge science, biomechanics, and wise psychology with ancient wisdom traditions of yoga, mythology, and mysticism. The result is a progression of modules that builds your knowledge, leverages your authentic gifts, and builds your and  authentic voice.

Across the program, attend: embodiment sessions, lectures, practicums, webinars, a service outreach, and a one-to-one mentorship with me. Upon completion, you will have a created a professional package that you will feel inspired and ready to offer. 

As a Mandala of study, the program expands skills intelligently, as it maps and layers the most relevant and creative directions of yoga teaching skills.

The seven weekend intensives start July 19th, 2019  – May 17th, 2020. You can begin your online electives immediately. Payment plans are available.

Why and How Infrared Works

Health Benefits

Increase Flexibility

Infrared heat directly warms muscles, allowing for a greater range of motion.
Helps yoga students open up, melt deep into poses and gain confidence in their practice.
Increase Circulation
Infrared heat has shown to stimulate blood flow.
It can help lower blood pressure, help oxygenate organs, and rid the body of toxins.

Detoxifying  Sweat
Infrared heat will make you sweat, which is a good thing because it is your body’s natural way of flushing toxins. As your body absorbs infrared heat, water molecules begin to vibrate, which causes them to wring out impurities from the cells.
These impurities will then be released from your body as you sweat, creating a deep, detoxifying cleanse on the cellular level.

Weight Loss
The human body has an impressive temperature regulation system which takes energy (calories) to maintain a consistent temperature.
Infrared heat also increases metabolism between the blood and tissue, which also burns calories.
