Danny’s classes are subtly intense with a progressive flow that allow the students to go deeper into their physical practice.
Danny Poulson has been teaching vinyasa styled yoga since 2009 and has been practicing hatha and vinyasa since 1999. Danny first discovered yoga while racing bicycles at Mesa-State College in 1999. He found that the amazing benefits were the perfect complement to a rigorous training schedule and fast-paced life.
Danny is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance after receiving his training from Yoga V in 2009. Throughout the years, Danny has been influenced and inspired by Rodney Yee, Baron Baptiste, Tessa Canterbury and our wonderful yoga community. With a strong focus on breath, Danny’s classes will help to calm the mind while giving the physical body an intense and detoxifying workout.
