I have been doing Yoga for more than 15 years after multiple injuries from overuse and too many birthdays. I graduated from a Yoga 200 YRT IN 2017.
I believe that yoga encompasses a philosophy of life that is both physically challenging and fulfilling mentally.
I have been in the medical field for almost 40 years. I truly believe that Yoga has a place in our wellbeing.
I stress alignment in my classes to prevent injuries and allow the student to really listen to where they are in the moment, whether to push forward or back off a little.
I believe that all of us learn from one another no matter our backgrounds. An open mind and a sense of curiosity about the world offers a full life and a lifetime of friendship and experiences.
