 Natalia received her YTT in 2020, and has been a regular student at Yoga V since 2018

With a deep passion for helping others find healing, Natalia combines lessons on the mat with lessons off the mat. She loves to provide curated messages for healing the mind, body, and soul in each class. 

She currently teaches a slow-flow style vinyasa class— from this you can expect to hold poses for a few breaths to allow for adjustment and focus, with plenty of strength and sweat building movement in between. Her classes are typically medium-paced and very fluid with freedom to modify as needed.

She offers an emphasis on the use of breath throughout each flow, and loves to guide others into Savasana in a meditative way.

With deep reverence for the physical practice of yoga and a passion to take this healing beyond the mat, her hope is to leave each student feeling insightful, inspired, and aligned.”
