Elizabeth has been teaching vinyasa style yoga since 2014 and has been practicing consistently since 2008. Even after all these years, each time she steps onto her mat it is always a new discovery into the mind, body, and spirit.

Elizabeth’s belief is that our yoga practice is simply preparation for meeting life's greatest challenges with ease and grace. She believes that yoga is a vehicle for self-discovery and a journey that teaches us to connect with our breath and body. She challenges her students to practice from the heart and to tune into what the body is telling them. Yoga isn't about perfection or touching your toes. Yoga is about embracing where you are and what you can do now and being present in this moment.

In 2017, she founded “Yogi Dreamer” and started creating and selling Malas. She loves to teach students how to make and use their Malas in their daily practices.
