Sara teaches a vinyasa style class focusing on proper alignment, linking breath to movement, and finding your edge. Although the emphasis of her practice is power flow, she always incorporates deeper stretching and relaxation throughout her class. After practicing yoga for 7 years, she decided she wanted to deepen her practice and begin teaching.

In 2019, she received her RYT 200 from Yoga V and gained inspiration from her instructors and fellow classmates. As an avid rock climber and outdoor enthusiast, Sara believes yoga is a vital component to keeping the body and mind strong, healthy, and happy through all the various endeavors of life!
