Annette M.
Annette’s first introduction to yoga was a Bikrahm’s class about 15 years ago on the recommendation of a friend. She was immediately hooked. Practicing yoga helped improve all the physical activities she loved so much; running, climbing, mountaineering, and hiking.
Over the years, as Annette’s practice began to deepen she began to realize the mental and spiritual benefits of practicing yoga. She realized that a consistent yoga practice helped keep life in perspective personally and professionally. Putting time and energy into people and experiences that help grow the soul, became Annette’s philosophy of life.
Annette believes in the mindset of “work hard, play hard” and if you stop having fun then you’re old. Her classes are typically faster paced but accessible to all yogis.
Annette recently completed her RYT 200 hr and is eager to broaden her skills and teaching methods by sharing her love of yoga with others.
When Annette is not on her mat you can find her playing outside with her husband and two pups.
