I have enjoyed the profound benefits of yoga since discovering my first class in 2000. In 2012, I completed my 200-hour Baptiste-style teacher training with Tessa McInnis.  I have since enjoyed expanding my knowledge to other styles of yoga and teaching a variety of classes and workshops

My teaching approach emphasizes mindfulness and creativity while supporting students in cultivating mental and physical strength, flexibility, and balance. Outside of yoga, I love hiking with my dogs, foraging, making dry jokes, gardening, baking, traveling, and reading.
